Located in the Benicalap neighborhood of Valencia, an excellent, very quiet neighborhood close to the central area of the city.
It has both supermarkets (50 meters) and other leisure shops. In the same neighborhood, it has a wide variety of bars and public restaurants. Access to the Tram (Metro Valencia) is immediately at the back (100 meters) of the apartment. There is a very large and beautiful Marxalenes park, also very close. which leads directly to all parts of the city and finally to Malvarrosa beach (15 minutes by tram).
Located near Avenida Doctor Pesset Aleixandre (20 meters) and Avenida Joan XXIII (30 meters).
