Magnificent estate with a house of 350 m2, a large garden of 6000 m2, sea and mountain views, and a fantastic swimming pool heated to 24º C in which you will enjoy privacy and calm thanks to the vegetation of the subtropical garden that makes your stay an exclusive experience. The house has 2 floors. On the upper floor there is a large living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with direct access to the terraces overlooking the sea and La Gomera. There are also three bedrooms overlooking the garden: one with double bed and private bathroom. The other two have single beds and a separate bathroom. Downstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a recreation area with ping-pong table , Outside there is a playground, tennis court and basketball court, as well as a barbecue área And of course, there is a private car park on the property. The house has TV in the living room, as well as washing machine, barbecue on the terrace and high speed Wi-Fi. Each floor is accessed by stairs, so the property is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
