Company information

We are a cheerful and sociable couple. We love to travel and hang out with friends. We really like the experience as Host, it introduced us to people from different countries; it made us meet special people. It's an experience similar to traveling! It is natural for us to bring into the meeting with the guests what we are also in our professions: Mattia, who is an architect, transmits hospitality through the care of the environment and Silvia, who is a counselor and deals with emotions, has the natural propensity to make guests feel at ease. For us, making our spaces available means really meeting you!

Property information

Let yourself be enveloped by the tropical atmosphere of our apartment, located just 4 minutes from the central beach of Maspalomas and 8 minutes from the Yumbo Shopping Centre. The complex in which you will find yourself has free and private parking spaces in a limited number, which you can use comfortably if free. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood you'll be in is equipped with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The beach is really central and with a walk of about 15 minutes you will find yourself admiring the wonderful Maspalomas Dunes: don't miss them! Also just a few minutes away you will find the Yumbo Shopping Center, which is the largest in the area, and very convenient bus stops for easy access to other locations including the airport.
