Casa Xanadu is a family-run enterprise that was established in 2000. We offer guests the opportunity to stay in our homes in Seville and Carmona, and aim to provide a comfortable and unforgettable experience. Additionally, we have a venue for events in Carmona, where we welcome friends, families, and corporate groups to host their events. We are able to assist with organising services such as in-house cooking, transportation, live music, etc. The business was founded in honour of our father's passion for Andalucia and his dream of opening a restaurant in Carmona, serving cuisine from the Silk Route. We look forward to welcoming guests to our Andalusian homes!

Xanadu Carmona is your own private boutique hotel located directly opposite the famous Parador de Carmona (Alcázar del Rey Don Pedro). The villa is ideal for special occasions, friends & family gatherings or corporate events. It is also a great choice for those looking to explore the town and its historic monuments. With enough space to sleep 12 people, the house boasts a designer lounge with unique antique furniture, a rooftop bar area with breathtaking views, and a further internal courtyard. The property includes three one-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a smart lock, a brand-new kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom. Every apartment has its own balcony with great views. You will have access to the entire house, including the designer lounge, the rooftop bar area with famous views, and the internal courtyard area. With enough space across the three apartments, you can enjoy the privacy and flexibility of a private boutique hotel while also having the option to gather together in the common areas. We can arrange a menu of services to make your stay unforgettable, from cooking to live music. Ask no matter how big or small, and we will do what we can to help you make special memories as our guests. You can access the villa through 3 different entrances using access codes: directly to the apartments, into the designer lounge, or into the working kitchen. These provide flexibility on how your private hotel can be used. The property is ideal for friends, families, and groups who want to experience the space of a private boutique hotel with the privacy of an intimate gathering. It's also a fantastic place to hold a party and celebrate a special occasion with enough space to sleep 12 people across the 3 apartments and host 100 people for drinks & live music!
