At your disposal, 3 terraces with sea-views, one of them with a barbecue and water misters to cool the air in warmest periods, a tennis table and a footbal table. In the mature garden, 900 square meters wide, there is a large swimming pool, a small waterfall and beautiful painted tiles. Ideal villa for a big family or a group of friends. The villa is usually rented for complete weeks (from Saturday to Saturday) except in low season or subject to owners approval (with eventual extra price).

We are grandparents and we now have a large personnal experience of the area as we come very often generaly with our family. We can then advise you for transfer from Airport or car rentals, restaurants and other activities and you will find a detailled document to describe the main equipments of the villa and facilitate your stay. We can adapt the configuration of the bedrooms (single or double beds, cots, highchairs, ...) to suit your specific needs. Teresa the Lady who will welcome you is based in Fuengirola (the clostest town) and we personaly remain of course at your disposal to answer any question before and during your stay.

Everything is at a walking distance and most is open throughout the year: * a supermarket, famous restaurants and free access to a private tennis court within less than 300m * the Bombo sand beach with restaurants and bars at 500m The property is situated in the Torrenueva urbanizacion, a group of luxurious villas; The Andalusian village “La Cala de Mijas” starts at that beach and center is within 1,3 km accessible just walking along the beach or through typical small streets with orange trees. Within 20 km, entertainments like Karting, aquatic parks, Biopark of Fuengirola, Benalmadena aquarium, rope park in Marbella are provided for children and adults. You can also visit the well known white village of Mijas and its donkey taxis or the more quiet village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Last but not least, for golfers happiness, you are in la Costa del Golf, with more than 50 courses including 12 within 10 kms
