High-class prestigious Villa Bella, located at the front line, on a golf course Elba Palace Golf in Caleta de Fuste, overlooking the golf course and the sea. The nearest beach and Atlantico Commercial Centre is only a 5 minute walk away. Property is on tranquil location with a fenced open plan living area and offers complete privacy. At the outside area you may enjoy around the pool (9x4) or relax under open-timbered sun roof. There are billiards and darts and free WIFI (OPTICAL INTERNET - 600MB). On roof terrace you can admire breathtaking views of the entire surroundings. Indoor and outdoor spaces are furnished and equipped with the highest standards of high quality villas. In this spacious villa (140m2) all 3 bedrooms and living room are air conditioned (cooling/heating). Each of the guests will find their own corner to retreat or just watch TV (UK TV channels (BBC, ITV, SKY, SPORT), GERMAN, FRANCE, SPANISH, PORTUGAL, POLAND), 20.000 movies. Or play games on PS4. The kitchen it's fully fitted with kitchen appliances, cookware and all kitchen essentials. We offer a baby cot and high chair and an extra bed for 7th person. Pool heating season: 1.10.-30.5., for extra surcharge.
