It is located in Chayofa, the residential area of Arona, very quiet and well connected; 5 minutes by car there are: Los Cristianos, the town where the beaches are and the "Golf Las Americas". It is a detached villa with garden, swimming pool, barbecue and garage for 2/3 cars, has 2 floors and a semi-basement, 4 double bedrooms; One bedroom has a complete private bathroom, and another with a service bathroom, the other two bedrooms with shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with sofas, 72-inch SmartTV and another dining area with bathroom. Outside, in addition to the garden, swimming pool, shower, barbecue and a small gym, there are two verandas for outdoor dining or for lying in the shade. There is also a laundry / ironing room with toilet. There is Wi-Fi in all areas and a total of 3 flat screen TVs. N.B. On request, with variable costs, the possibility of the following additional services: Daily cleaning; Baby-Sitter; Cook; Waiter; Driver and, to be evaluated, different needs.
