The yard is surrounded by a coniferous park, a real natural oasis next to the sea. Ideal place for those who appreciate privacy, nature and comfort. Private parking space 24/7 next to the house completely yours Drinking water filters installed. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Panoramic terrace of 30 m2 overlooking the sea and coniferous park. Three separate and cozy seating areas Summer shower Hammock in the shade of a luxurious Ficus BBQ area Children's play area with a mini house Bicycle free use (deposit) Emergency SOS button Supermarket in 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes by car, you can visit the salt pink lake.
Throughout the vacation we are in touch with you, we help you with comfortable accommodation in the villa and advise which are the best places, beaches, restaurants to visit. We can help you organize a cab around the city or rent a car.
Please note strictly forbid any parties on premises and in the yard, as well as music from 22:00 up to 9:00 , thank you for understanding. The sandy beach of La Mata is the most spacious. The beach is located in the northern part of Torrevieja, surrounded by the beautiful natural park Parque del Molino del Agua, has a length of about 2 km and a width of about 50 meters. The villa is located between the sea 10 minutes walk and a unique salty pink lake 10 minutes by car, known for its medical effects and abundance of flamingos. Within 30 minutes by car, Baños de lodo mud resort. Within 15 km walk 20 minutes by car golf course Wilammartin Golf. There are three riding schools in the area of Torrevieja: Hípica San Bruno, Centro Hípico Villasalada and Centro Hipico Campoamor. Ideal for independent riding trips or walks accompanied by a trainer. We do cooperate with car rental and will help you (if required) to rent a car on favorable terms. 10 minutes drive to the yacht club. Yacht charter in Torrevieja with or without a skipper. Restaurants and a variety of entertainment, all conditions in order to enjoy the sea atmosphere.
