Located in Campo Internacional. Large living room, with sofa and Smart TV. An island that serves as a dining room (6 people), with an equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, each with a full in-suite bathroom (3), closets, nightstands, air conditioning... Terrace with garden furniture and much more. Community pool and garage. 50 meters away from the Golf Course and close to El Faro de Maspalomas beach, Meloneras, Playa del Inglés and Dunas de Maspalomas. Adapted to people with reduced mobility and families.
We are a family that works every day together and have invest our savings in Villa Cecilia. We built this house with great dedication, so that our guests can feel at home and enjoy a pleasant stay. Every time we welcome a new guest we are excited to know that they will enjoy it and to know that we have done something nice in Maspalomas, our home.
The surroundings of the house are quiet and pleasent, ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. We are conveniently located just 50 meters away from the Maspalomas Golf Course and close to entertainment venues such as Holiday World Maspalomas and Parque del Sur. Additionally, just a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) you will find the charming El Faro de Maspalomas beach, followed by the picturesque Meloneras promenade. There is a bus and taxi stop 50 meters away. Although in general, you can walk to several places of interest in Maspalomas. We also have our own parking and garage.
