It has three bedrooms (one en-suite with a private bathroom), a second full bathroom, and a daytime area with a modern kitchen with a peninsula and a living-dining room with Smart TV, Movistar+, and Netflix. The Airzone system allows each room to be individually climate-controlled, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures uninterrupted connectivity. Outside, you’ll enjoy an 11 m² covered porch with dining area and a second TV, barbecue, sun loungers, and a private saltwater pool with maintenance included. Private parking is also available. No groups of young people are allowed. Electricity supply is limited to 30 kWh per day; any excess will be charged to the guest. A damage deposit will be required upon arrival.
