Around the villa a lot of space in the garden that is equipped with sun terraces, lovely spacious heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols and a real outdoor kitchen. and a veranda with a beautiful long dining table for 10 people. You can see the sun rise from Villa Coco and the rock pens rising out of the water the ifach with a beautiful glow and the sunset in the mountains. You are only 1.5 kilometers from the beach. Of course there is the possibility to park your car on the private property and that is certainly recommended because outside the Villa you can discover almost everything on foot or by scooter; Calp is known for its beautiful old center with small streets, shops and restaurants where you can eat delicious fish, for example. Hospitality is a basic concept in Calp and you will certainly experience what that means. But that is not all.... Calp also offers you extensive beautiful walking routes, cycling routes / racing bikes is really a hype there and super climbing routes. You can climb our local rock ifach. On the beach you can relax, but also enjoy the range of water sports. Boat rental, boat trips, snorkeling, parasailing, it is all possible. If it was a bit disappointing or tiring: don't worry, the coming period the Spanish word "tranqiullo" will be central. Today the great enjoyment begins for you. Enjoy the sun, the sea, the beach, the villa and certainly also each other. After a week or so you will walk out of the gate as a different person, that's what we stand for. We have done everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, which we also find very important when we are out and about. To quickly get into holiday mode, we advise you to first take a walk around Calpe. Stretch your legs and at the same time look around you at all the beautiful things there are to see and discover. A walk on the boulevard or on the beach is also recommended. Just relax on a bench with an ice cream looking at the sea, that's what I like to do best when I'm here. Very nice, quiet urbanization, villa area, 1.5 km from the beach and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. nice cycling routes, walking routes, trips to neighboring Altea, Moraira, Albir, Benidorm, Benissa. Nice green area, lots to do, but especially beautiful bays.
