The house, with a private outdoor pool, is completely renovated, stands out for its exquisite decoration and top quality furniture, offering a luxury experience on a single floor.

The house is located next to the promenade (avenue that connects with Puerto del Carmen), a place where you can practice activities such as cycling, running or family walks. At less than 300 meters there are restaurants where you can enjoy good cuisine facing the sea, Shopping Center at less than 500 meters (C.C Deiland) The airport is less than 5 minutes away by car.
