La casa se encuentra en una urbanización a 12 km de Tarifa, rodeada del parque natural del Estrecho, mucha vegetación y muy natural, se puede hacer senderismo y paseos en bicicleta. Hay un ría muy bonito por el que se puede pasear. Justo debajo de la urbanización se encuentra el hotel >Mesón de Sancho con un restaurante muy bueno y reconocido en la zona. El supermercado más cercano está en la aldea de Pelayo, 5 km y el resto, están en Tarifa, 12 km. Toda la zona es muy segura, ideal para familias.
