Villa Ewa, modern holiday house with pool, BBQ and partial sea views in Cala Pi Villa Ewa is an attractive single-family house located in the quiet area of the urbanization Cala Pi, just 20 minutes’ walk from the beautiful cove of fine white sand. The ground floor of Villa Ewa offers an open-plan living-dining room where are combined a rest area with comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing while watching satellite television or a DVD; a large dining table for 8 people, and a fully equipped American kitchen with a bar that separates the kitchen from the living room and is ideal to enjoy having breakfast or eating with your loved ones. In addition, here you will find two double bedrooms, both with two single beds that share a complete bathroom with bathtub, and a utility room. From each room there is an exit to a large covered porch with a dining table: an ideal place to have lunch and dinner with family and friends, and to the pool and garden area. The first floor offers two other double bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower, and the other with a bunk bed, ideal for children. From both rooms you can access a 60 m2 terrace, where you can have an aperitif enjoying the sun and partial views of the sea. Villa Ewa is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: WiFi, fans, oil central heating, built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, the kitchen with everything you need to prepare your best dishes, including a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware and much more, and the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The exteriors of Villa Ewa offer a 7x4m chlorine pool, and a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m. The garden has a paved surface around the 50m2 pool, which has 1 parasol and 6 sun loungers to rest and relax in the sun. Furthermore, guests will love a pergola at the end of the garden with another dining table. In addition, there is a mobile barbecue to enjoy cooking outdoors.

The privacy of the property is partial and you have access to 1 space to park your vehicle inside the property. Villa Ewa is located in an urbanization of Cala Pi. It is 17 kilometers from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talayotic town of Capocorb, declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument. Cala Pi beach penetrates half a kilometer inland between two vertical walls over 30m high. The beach has fine white sand, easy access by road and also has free parking for private vehicles.
