Villa Golondrinas - Nerja Refurbished & decorated in 2023 - Air conditioned & FREE WiFi internet. The spacious accommodation consists of an entrance hall with guest bathroom, living / dining room with air conditioning, fireplace and smart TV with international channels. Patio doors lead to a lovely dining terrace, with BBQ. Fully equipped open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. On the lower level we have the master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a king size bed and built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom is fitted with a large refurbished walk-in shower. The utility room with washer and dryer is also located on the lower level. Stairs lead up to the spacious roof terrace, with outdoor sofas and spectacular views. Large private swimming pool, approximately 8x4 m, with pool shower, sun beds & terrace furniture. Villa Golondrinas is well furnished with a homely atmosphere with lovely terraces. Free street parking nearby. Youth groups under 25 years of age are not permitted.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops, tapas bars & restaurants.
