My name is Andrea Straus, I am the owner of 9PLUS Property Management. In 2017 we started renting out our Spanish holiday villa. We have learned what our guests consider important to enjoy a carefree holiday. Our experience brought that owners of holiday villas have asked us to also do the total house management for them. We now take care of 13 properties. We have now made it our profession and founded 9Plus Property Management. 9Plus stands for our ambition to make the villas that we rent for ourselves and the owners so good that guests leave a five-star review or a score of 9 or higher. When you rent from us, you are assured of a lovely house in a fantastic location.

The house is located in the Golf and Spa resort Bonalba. At the Bonalba resort, you will find several restaurants, small supermarkets, an Irish pub and even a hairdresser. If you want to enjoy the beach and the sea, the range of beaches is huge. The nearest beach can be found within a 10-minute drive, in El Campello, where you will also find many food and beverage outlets along the boulevard. San Juan, that between El Campello.

Neighbourhood information

Bonalba is a golf and spa resort. You can play golf on the challenging 18-hole golf course or relax in the spacious swimming paradise. The location of Bonalba is very favourable to the airport. After a 20-minute drive, you are already at your destination. The sea and sandy beaches are also close, only 8 minutes by car. And if you want to go shopping, Alicante offers various options.
