Property information

This is a beautiful villa, a sparkling gem set in the heart of Pollenca, It has 2 bedrooms, one double and another twin with two bathrooms. A private walkway leads to the villa from one of the town's picturesque narrow streets. This is a truly amazing villa with a modern design in a traditional setting. On one side of the villa, there is a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a table-tennis and a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi in the garden with views to the town of Pollensa, swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

The house is only a few mts stroll from the square of pollença old town with all the bars, restaurants to choose and shops, also a few mts walking to the calvary steps. Although the house is very quiet ubicated in a old Pollença street arround the center.
