Property information

Fantastic minimalist house of 600m2, independent, 150 metres from one of the best beaches in the north of Mallorca. Playas de Muro is among the 100 best beaches in the world, specifically at number 17. An ideal villa to relax for families and groups of friends. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 150cm. Each room has its own wardrobe and a safe. In the property there are 2 bathrooms with shower 200cmx90cm wide and two independent toilets. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with plasma TV with channels in different languages with free wifi and a magnificent modern open plan fully equipped kitchen. All made with first quality materials. Air conditioning hot and cold in all rooms and bedrooms. The swimming pool is 14m long by 2,80cm wide with a depth of 0,80 to 1,70cm and is totally enclosed with stainless steel railing as a safety measure for the children. The terrace has a sun deck with sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and a large barbecue grill to enjoy the best Mallorcan meats. Next to the swimming pool there is a private children's playground and a ping pong table for the enjoyment of young and old. There is private parking for 3 cars. In the surroundings of the villa there are Beach Clubs, restaurants of Majorcan and international cuisine, a pharmacy and a big supermarket called Eroski.
