The Villa Luisa is situated in a quiet area, only a 6 min walk to the beach and the promenade with all the shops, bars, restaurants. Fully renovated in May 2023 to the highest quality. Private outdoor heated pool with sun loungers and outside dining table and chairs, plus seating area. There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 , additional 7th guest will sleep on a Z-bed provided. One King bed and two twin, with two fully tiled separate bathrooms with walk in showers in both. There is a open plan lounge dining-room with Satellite TV including all UK channels. Dining table for 6. The kitchen includes oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer dishwasher; washing machine in outside store. Aircon and heating in living area and all bedrooms. All the living and outside areas are on the one level.

I love to travel in the UK and abroad and love the island of Lanzarote so much so I bought a place so I could appreciate it all the time. I rent my villa so I can share the experience with others that love the island too. Available for queries beforehand on message board, Villa manager available for emergencies when in resort, self check-in and out via key lock box

Quiet area, beach and promenade are 6 min walk Off and On Street parking available, no car required
