High quality villa for 8 pers. in modern style. Only 150 metres from the Cala D'Or marina and the restaurants and bars. The stop of the small train that goes to the centre and to the bathing bays is only 50 metres away. The small sandy bay Caló des Pou is within walking distance. Private pool (heated from autumn 2021) up to 180 cm deep. Rain-shower outside. Large sun terrace and roof terrace with high quality dining area and sun loungers for 8 people. Large, swivelling sunshades. Pyramid patio heaters. Large gas barbecue. Heatable winter garden with sliding window elements and large dining table with 8 chairs. Environmentally friendly air-conditioning cold/warm in all rooms. King size beds with medical cold foam mattresses 180 x 200 cm in all 4 bedrooms. Modern kitchen with ceramic hob (induction), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, toaster ... *** Osmosis water tap in the kitchen *** This specially purified water (99.9%) can be used for cooking, making coffee and also for drinking. SONOS music system in the house Flat-TV's (SAT/TV) APPLE-TV in the living room and master bedroom
