Ideal for those who love privacy and tranquility. The villa is located inside a very curated residence and has a private garden with swimming pool, patio, soggiorno/pranzo area, three bedrooms with three bedrooms with doccia, modern kitchen with ogni comfort, private patch. Playa Blanca Center and beaches just 15 minutes away. Strategic location to organize in a short time the most important tourist attractions of Lanzarote. Fully powered electrical outlet across the back solar panels from the property's back.
We are Alberto and Irena, a multilingual Italian-Swiss couple with long experience in the hotel sector. We speak perfect German, Italian, French, English, Spanish, Swiss German and Czech. Five years ago we moved permanently to Playa Blanca and we know the island of Lanzarote very well. We will do everything to make your stay very pleasant and unforgettable. The day after check-in between 9 and 10, we will have the pleasure of welcoming our guests personally.
Villa Maddy, an enchanting location equipped with every comfort, is 1.7 km from Playa Blanca and 2.2 km from Playa Dorada by car. The center of Playa Blanca can only be reached in 15 minutes on foot. A small grocery shop and a cash & carry are located 300 meters from the villa. Lanzarote Airport is 34 km from the property.
