Villa Martina is a fabulous villa, with air-conditioning, within a 15 minute walk of a stunning blue flag sandy beach, set in pretty gardens with a private swimming pool. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan lounge and dining area with direct access to the garden, covered dining terrace and swimming pool. The first floor balcony offers beautiful views of the mountains and down to the sea, ideal for watching the sun sets. There is an abundance of outside space for relaxation and sunbathing, with a large patio area with sun loungers for all guests, and a fabulous barbecue area and shaded dining terrace, where you can make the most of the warm evenings and indulge in ‘al fresco’ dining. Villa Martina is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, within a 15minute walk of the beautiful Cala Forn blue flag sandy beach, where you will find a beach bar. Additionally there is a supermarket, a couple of tapas bar/restaurants, a bakery and pharmacy all located at the entrance to the estate, also within approx. 15 minute walk from the villa.

This region of the Costa Dorada is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions of the Mediterranean coast. For beach lovers the coastline offers an abundance of stunning blue flag golden sandy beaches and quiet coves. PORTAVENTURA, the largest themepark in Europe, Ferrari land, and water parks are within 25minutes of the villa (by car or regular train service from L'Ametlla). The magnificent city of Barcelona is approx. 90mins away. The pretty fishing villages of L'Ametlla de Mar and L’Ampolla are a breath of fresh air, rare gems in the Mediterranean coastline. L’Ametlla de Mar is located within a 5-10minute drive of the villa, it is a popular destination for couples and families who return year after year to soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town which has retained it’s authentic charm. L’Ametlla de Mar offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. An ideal location for a relaxing drink in the sunshine, or on a warm evening in one of the tapas bars, traditional fish restaurants, or international restaurants on the port, where you can watch the catch of the day being reeled in.
