VILLA NIRVANA (5 MINS TO THE BEACH) is a spectacular colonial-style villa located just 2 blocks from the Sitges seafront promenade in the Vinyet area, one of the most exclusive areas of Sitges. This villa has capacity for up to 14 people and has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is a fantastic house for families or groups of friends who want to share their vacations in a privileged place just meters from the sea. Upon entering the house we find a wonderful and spacious garden where you can hold family gatherings and enjoy whole days in the sun. It has a fantastic pool where children and adults will have a great time. It also has a large barbecue area and a table for outdoor dining. The house is distributed over 2 floors, 4 double rooms en suite to enjoy privacy, and 2 additional rooms. In total there are 5 full bathrooms. All rooms have windows overlooking the garden and are very comfortable. It is an ideal house for guests with reduced mobility since on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to the garden without steps or obstacles. The kitchen is very spacious, comfortable and modern and fully equipped to prepare any meal. It is an ideal place to cook in a group thanks to the island in the middle and its great size. The dining room is a wonderful and comfortable place to unwind after a long day at the pool. It has large windows with access to the porch and the garden. The villa is ideal for groups who want to enjoy a holiday in an area near the sea and a few minutes' walk from the town of Sitges. It is simply a fantastic large villa, practical, comfortable and very welcoming.
