The 252 m² villa with capacity for 8 people offers the perfect balance between spaciousness, comfort and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Its design across four floors combines Mediterranean style with all modern amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay in Jávea. As soon as you enter, on the main floor (ground floor), the villa surprises with a spacious and bright living room equipped with a large sofa, ducted air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. Its large windows connect directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the private pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, sun loungers and a cosy chill out area with spectacular sea views. The floor is completed with an elegant wooden indoor dining room and an open-plan kitchen with a bar, fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete crockery and all necessary utensils. Climbing some stairs, on the first floor (floor 1), there are two bedrooms with Queen Size beds, both bright and comfortable. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower. Higher up, on the top floor (floor 2), the main bedroom is located, with a King Size bed, spacious walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. From here, one can contemplate impressive views of the sea and Cape Nao, a privileged spot to relax and disconnect. Lastly, on the lower level (basement floor), there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a courtesy toilet and a practical laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board. With its carefully designed layout, spacious and bright spaces, and unparalleled views of the Mediterranean, this villa is the ideal accommodation for experiencing unique holidays in Jávea.

The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar in Jávea, a quiet residential area next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" just 2 km away, "Cala Ambolo " and "La Granadella" . It has several services in the surroundings, including the well-known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" 1 kilometer away and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" 700m away. Although you can find supermarkets and restaurants around, the Arenal de Jávea area is only 6 kilometers away, which has the only Arena de Jávea beach and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The airport "ALC" is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to move around the area.
