Villa Perla is a pearl among our villas. Luxurious house in the green zone of the town of Hospitalet Del Infant, 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walking distance from the beach Arenal and located right in front of the picturesque greenery of the mountainous terrain. The villa has 380m2, the year of construction 2010, the plot - 700m2. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room is very spacious and bright with a nice view to the garden and the pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, plus there is an outside dining room with barbecue.
