Brand new 3 bedroom villa - built in 2018 - with big pool equipped with jacuzzi, waterfall and counterflow. Villa is facing south-west and is sun lit all day. Living room and groundfloor bedroom have glass doors leading to patio and swimming pool. First floor bedrooms both have large glass doors to shared terrace with pool view. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom can be zipped together to a queen size. Villa is situated in residential area and has restricted premises.
As a family we love travelling to places where we can combine lazy days at the beach with some active sports and trips of cultural and historical value.
Our villa is situated in a very nice residential area. In less than 2 km you can find sandy "blue flag" beaches of two seas - Mediterranean sea and Mar Menor, as well as famous therapeutic mud baths of San Pedro. Mar Menor is a fantastic place for holidays where anyone can find activity top their taste, apart from the beaches of course. Within maximum 30-minute drive there are 3 golf courses. There are plenty of water activities like diving, snorkeling, paragliding etc. Fishing boats and yachts are available for rent. History and architecture can be enjoyed at roman city of Cartagena and Murcia. Wine trips can be taken to local bodegas of Jumilla, Bullas or Yecla. Wild nature and birds can be enjoyed almost round the corner at Regional park de las salinas or playa de Calblanque. And this is only to start with...
