Villa Rotonda is an old farmhouse of about 900m2 recently restored with a neat decoration, in a very quiet environment close from the beach and the mountain. It has 7 bedrooms, 1 main lounge with fireplace and high roof, 5 lounges with sofa bed and 6 private bathrooms.
Casa el Señorío is the largest apartment in Villa Rotonda with an area of 300 m2 divided into two heights consisting of 1 bedroom for 5 people with dressing room, 1 bathroom, dining room, kitchen/diner and a beautiful garden.
There are five more apartments within the house some with one bedroom and another with two.
Among all the facilities also has a small private pool, garden, chill-out areas, barbecue, plus a parking within the plot with capacity for 7-8 cars. Parties and events can be held. Ideal to share with friends or family.
