Villa Son Bennasar was formerly a spectacular mill that has been carefully restored and converted into a beautiful house with 3 double rooms where the Majorcan stone is the protagonist. Both inside and outside the house, the original structure of the mill has been preserved, which was formerly used to grind cereals. The property is surrounded by vineyards; from your pool, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Sant Salvador mountain and the Santueri castle. This villa offers its visitors three bedrooms: two of them with two single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The two bathrooms are fully equipped and both have a bathtub. The house has a light and airy living room with an adjoining dining room, both fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, freezer and fridge, etc. Among other amenities, the house offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, fans in all bedrooms and in the living room, a washing machine, dishwasher, and heating. The outdoor area has a large terrace with a dining table and a seating area with an awning, perfect for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the open views of the private vineyard. Just 10 km away is one of the most beautiful and characteristic ports of Mallorca and its beaches, Porto Colom; and one of the most lively tourist areas, Cala d'Or, with its restaurants and shops. From the farm, you can quickly access many of the beaches in the south of the island such as Cala Sa Nau or Es Trenc.
