Information Notes: 1) Location and rules: Villa Victoria Barcelona is located within the city, in a residential area. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors' quiet hours. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00. Pool and heated spa hours: 09:00 to 22:30. A decibel detector is installed out of respect for the neighbors. 2) Booking conditions: The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be over 25 years old. Parties or noises that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. 3) Maximum occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay overnight. Any additional overnight guest will incur an extra charge. Any visitor during the day, even if not staying overnight, must be previously notified and authorized by the property.

Villa Victoria Barcelona is a unique property of over 550 m² located within the city of Barcelona, set on a plot of more than 600 m² with spacious terraces, a swimming pool, a heated spa and a private garden. From the kitchen, guests have direct access to the garden, swimming pool and heated spa. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool and a heated spa, with capacity for six people. On the second floor there is a small studio and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, both providing access to a 160 m² chill-out terrace with wooden decking, elegant latticework, seating and sun loungers. On the opposite side of the terrace is the tower room, also with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.
