Each floor has its own access from the garden, but at the same time they are connected by internal stairs. The two main rooms, with their own bathrooms, are located on the upper floor and offer panoramic views of the sea. Another 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor, with direct access to the terrace - garden. There are terraces that surround each floor and have spectacular views of the sea. There is also a barbecue. The villa has a Guest House, independent from it, with access through the garden or from the street independently and of about 100 m2 built; It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both the villa and the guest house have views of the beach. This is the ideal place for two families with children. In front of the house there is a beautiful promenade with several restaurants and cafes, perfect for relaxing. For reservations up to 8 people, only the main house is offered. For more than 8 to 12 people the main house and Guest House are offered. All commercial, pharmaceutical and restaurant services are very close to the villa. There is a good paella and seafood restaurant in front of the villa. Important: Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for guests who do not meet this condition.
