I live in a village nearby but as well work in San Pedro del Pinatar. If there are any problems or questions I can help you out. I own a company selling properties in the area so if you like the area we can have a look together to find your home as well.

Property information

It is a corner property in a small community so you have lots of privacy and a separate entrance. Although the property is an apartment it has the feeling of a villa due to the large windows all around. The property is well equiped with comfortable and quality furniture. The beds are comfortable and the kingsize bed is even 210 long. Normally the community is really quiet and has a nice pool. You can store your bicycles in the underground storage. The property is located in the middle of the town, so grocery shopping can be done on foot. You can walk to the beaches and the marina of San Pedro. As well there is a nice nature park with flamingos nearby. If you want to go further up, there is a big bus station nearby that can take you around the area.
