GENERAL INFORMATION: Located in historic Teruel, only 7 minutes´ walk from the beautiful Mudejar city center, located in a building authorized for tourist stays, “Portal de Teruel.” The apartment is strategically situated 50 meters from the University, 50 meters from the roundabout that will take you to DINOPOLIS, located in a quiet residential area. The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, two double bedrooms, one complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living-dining area. Sofa-bed sleeps two. Your home away from home, the apartment has heating, air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix connection, and free Wifi. Crib is available upon request.
The attention to my clients is the most important thing for me. I try to be as close, affectionate and possible emerald, offering advice on places of interst, estaurants, bars, shops and leisure.
incredible location only 5 minutes from the city of Teruel´s historic center, known for its MUDEJAR (moor) and MODERNIST architecture. Local festivals include the AMANTES (the Lovers Diego and Isabel), the VAQUILLA (Teruel´s running of the bulls), and the MEDIEVALES (medieval celebration), as well as spectacular Easter processions. The best Teruel has to offer, all yours to enjoy from this quiet location. DINOPOLIS is a 5 minute drive away. Other interesting places to visit include the town of ALBARRACIN (30 km.) with skiing and mountain activities in the GUDAR-JAVALAMBRE region (30-35 minutes by car).
