This house, with views to the outside and very bright, has been entirely renovated looking for the comfort of our Clients. We have tried to create a space of comfort and relaxation, with all the necessary elements so that you can enjoy your stay. It has exceptional views of the lagoon that gives its name to this town, which is bordered by a natural environment with trees and walks. There are public sports facilities in its vicinity, as well as playgrounds for children. It also has a bike path for lovers of this sport. Spectacular in autumn because of the different colors of the trees, it is a great place to enjoy this environment all year round. It is located in the center of the town of Laguna de Duero and fifteen minutes by car from the Plaza Mayor of Valladolid. It has an urban bus, being the closest stop to 190 m from the house (2 minutes on foot). The Health Center is located on the same avenue 230 meters away and a pharmacy in the premises of the building.

A few meters from the house, is the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption of the fourteenth century. It is a Gothic style building with three ribbed vaults. Inside the church there is the carving called El Cristo de los Trabajos, in polychrome wood of great quality, attributed to the school of the artist Gregorio Fernández. This sculpture participates in the processions of Holy Week in Valladolid. Next, there is the Plaza Mayor with the Town Hall and then the Plaza de la Constitución, where on Saturday mornings, a popular market takes place. In this square is the bronze work "Dos manos entrelazadas" by the sculptor José Noja. Other places of interest are: The hermitage of Nuestra Señora del Villar, patron saint of this town, from the 16th century, the hiking and walking areas of "El Canal del Duero", "La Acequia", "Los Valles" and the pine forest area ideal to enjoy with good weather. Its proximity to Valladolid will allow you to rest in a quiet environment and arrive in a short space of time to the Center of the Capital.
