You will enjoy your Private bedroom with a lock on the door and your private bathroom with all the amenities usually found in Hotels. Plus you will have access to a full size desk in an office just for you with your own Internet Router and private WIFI. The property is an apartment community with pool and garden with a full time 24 hours 7 days a week concierge. The apartment has quality furnishings, in a clean and peaceful setting. Your private bedroom and bathroom with an adjacent full-size office is equipped with desk and chair and the connectivity essential for working away from home. This means your Office and Private Bedroom will have their own Wifi Router separate from the rest of the apartment. You will enjoy fast WIFI and access to an Ethernet connection to your router for a much faster and more secure connection. But Valencia is not all about work. The Valencia beaches are easily accessible by public transport and car. Easy access by car or metro or bus. 10 minutes from the airport by car or taxi.

Now I enjoy life and dedicate myself to be the greatest grandfather one can be. My granddaughter is my number one priority. The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful. It has many international schools which attracts mostly young families. You have access to Metro Line 4 within walking distance. A Public Bus transportation also offers you many options to get you to Valencia downtown or other locations. At 150 meters from the property entrance you have a Bus stop for Line 141 (Yellow Bus) that takes you to the center of Valencia and the Joaquin Sorolla Train Station in about 20 minutes. From this same bus stop called "C/Orenga - Liceo Frances", you can also access Line A (Yellow Bus), that takes you to Paterna City Center and it will take you to several key destinations nearby. One of them being the huge Shopping and amusement park with restaurants called Heron City. Another option is a 1 km walk that takes you to the Bus Stop for Line 62 in Terramelar which takes you to the heart of Valencia Old City. Supermarket and convenience stores are also within walking distance from the property. Ravanell Street is 500 meters away and has bars, terraces, restaurants and an Office stationery and printing services business. My favorite Restaurant on that street is called Ritual Cafe and there is also a great and very convenient store that makes homemade takeaway meals. It's called Mari Pepa. There food is delicious. Plaza Valterna, a smaller shopping center is 100 meters away and also has bars and restaurants. Not far from the property, about 800 meters you can go to Heron City where you will find Cinemas, Shopping, Supermarket and an Amusement park for children and more.
