Culture Properties and Culture Rentals are brands of Culture Sailing, a company based in Spain, specialized in tourism at sea and on land. We operate since 2016 and handle several properties in Spain and Italy. Culture Sailing focus is on sport events management, sailing day charters, boat brokerage and marketing. We can be in contact via chat or by phone and most of the time we are personally available.

Property information

Central villa centered at the best Canaria's town; Right in front 50 meters from the villa, there are two bus stops; further down a taxi stop area. Parking is mostly available on street. You can walk to bars, supermarket and more services. We share a common main entrance with other villas but for the rest we stand privately alone. The villa is newly refurbished with all the comforts like AC and heating, heated swimming pool, terraces with gardens. It adds also the volcanos views and the peaceful atmosfere.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet neighborhood surrounded by services, lots of bike or walking trails, restaurants and cafes: Walking distance you from bars, supermarket, language school, hairdresser, church & the town hall with several gardens & squares. All roads take you to Timanfaya, La Geria, El Golfo, and Playa Papagayo or any vulcanos near by. Also by car excellent restaurants are available & in 3 min you are in Uga, 10 in El Golfo, 12 in Puerto del Carmen, 15 in Playa Blanca, 20 airport. Close by in 3 minutes there are a famous salmon smoked producer (Salmon de Uga) and a local fruit and vegetable market (mercado de Uga) where you find fresh bread and a meat market.
