The surrounding area is wonderfully quiet with minimal light pollution, offering excellent chances to see the Northern Lights right from the yard on clear nights. Despite the peaceful surroundings, Rovaniemi city centre is only 3 kilometres away, giving you easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions while still enjoying the calm of nature. It’s a quiet neighbourhood surrounded mostly by detached family homes, offering a calm and safe atmosphere while still being close to everything you need. You can easily reach the property by car, public transport, or even on foot from the city centre, bus station, or train station. It’s the perfect balance between tranquil Lapland living and convenient access to Rovaniemi’s shops, restaurants, and attractions.
