Aurinkopaikka 3 on korkeatasoinen ja moderni loma-asunto Himoksen Kuikan alueella, golfkentän laidalla. Loma-asunto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalle alueen aktiviteettejä ja viihdepalveluita silmällä pitäen. Laskettelurinteille matkan voi taittaa kävelle sillä matkaa on vain 900m. Himos Areenalle matkaa on vain 400m. Loma-asunnossa on vuodepaikat kahdeksalle hengelle. Suurelta terassilta avautuu upeat näkymät, joista voi nauttia porealtaassa kylpien ja grilliherkkujen kypsyessä. Olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutila ovat yhtä suurta avaraa tilaa koko huoneiston leveydeltä. Pohjakerroksessa on lisäksi kaksi makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone ja sauna sekä WC.
