Bed linen is not included in the chalets. You can rent it on site for EUR 15 per person or bring your own.

Guests can clean the cottage themselves after their stay following the cleaning instructions given by the host.

If the cottage is not cleaned, we'll charge a cleaning fee of 70-150€ depending on the condition it's been left in.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet, per day applies.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms of the apart hotel. Pets are only allowed in some of the chalets.

Please note that the hot tub is only included in the prices of the rooms of the apart hotel, not chalets.

Only floor mattresses can be provided for extra guests.

Smoking in inside any unit will incur an additional charge of 500 EUR.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
