Asunto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla aivan Saimaan rannan vieressä. Ikkunoista voit ihailla järven muuttuvaa maisemaa. Taloyhtiö on rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Voit nauttia olostasi myös taloyhtiön pihalla pihakeinussa keinutellen tai trampoliinissa pomppien. Heti asunnon pihasta alkavat mainiot ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Huhtiniemen uimaranta, liikuntakeskus, pururata ja Rantaraitti ovat kilometrin säteellä. Kaupunkiin ja Yliopistolle pääsee suoria reittejä niin bussilla kuin kävellen tai scootilla.
Aloitimme puolisoni kotimme vuokrauksen vasta muutama kuukausi sitten. Toiminta on yllättynyt meidät erittäin positiivisesti ja olemme saaneet keskustella jo monen mukavan ihmisen kanssa ja olla osana heidän matkaansa. Tämä on ollut ilo ja kunnia. Haluamme lämpimästi toivottaa Sinut (ja seurueesi) tervetulleeksi kotiimme. Toivottavasti viihdytte. :)
Lappeenranta on sympaattinen ja lämminhenkinen kaupunki. Ota scootti alle asunnoltamme ja suuntaa kohti keskustaa ja satamaa. Satamaan suosittelen tutustumaan jalkaisin, koska silloin saat rauhassa nauttia Saimaan kauniista maisemasta. Piipahda myös historiallisessa linnoituksessa ja kahvittele Kahvila Majurskassa.
