Arctic Homes Oy was founded in spring 2019. We wanted to create easy, cosy and luxury vacation in Lapland. At the moment we have three different size apartments at Rovaniemi. All apartments are located in the center. They are totally new and well equipped. Our apartments are perfect for both relaxing and active life. You can feel the Arctic lifestyle!

Our cozy and luxurious apartment is located in Rovaniemi city center. Everything is totally new. Just open the front door and you are in the heart of Rovaniemi. Your arctic home is prepared by designers of Arctic Homes, to guarantee your relaxing and fun holiday. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, sauna, bathroom with washer-dryer, 2 toilets with necessities and a fully equipped kitchen - and cozy balcony to view the northern lights. Enjoy fast WiFi, 2 TVs, Netflix and free private parking. For cooking, we have an induction stove, a convection oven and a dishwasher - also olive oil, salt, sugar and herbs. You can make yourself a cup of tea & warm toasts with sandwich grill. For playful people you'll find some board games and classic video games. For small children, we have baby travel bed, potty & bath tub. There is also children's cutlery provided. For outdoor people, we have two bicycles, a football & a basketball. For camping, we also have thermos bottle, sausage skewers and equipment for berry picking.

Generally, the Taxi service works very well in Rovaniemi. The nearest airport is Rovaniemi Airport, and it's 9 km from the accommodation. The easiest way to travel to and from airport is to use local taxi or airport bus. Revontuli Shopping Centre is just around the corner and Sampokeskus shopping center is 400m away. There is an excellent grocery store 100 m from apartment. Also pharmacy store is close by. Swimming center Vesihiisi is located only 200m from the apartment. If you are a science freak, Arktikum science centre is located 500 meters from apartment. For Christmas enthusiasts - Santa Claus Village & Santa's main post office is only 8 km away (bus number 8 takes you directly there). Tell greetings to Santa!
