Kokemäenjoen rannalla v. 2020 valmistunut Baritoni, jossa tämä 7 kerroksen saunallinen kaksio. Huoneistosta avautuu hulppea näkymä joelle ja Kirjurinluoto sijaitsee aivan vieressä. Kirjurinluoto tunnetaan musiikkitapahtumien paikkana ja tarjoaa loistavat ulkoilualueet uimarantoineen, puistoineen ja eläimineen. Keskustaan kävelet rantapromenadia pitkin vartissa. Huoneistossa on todella hyvä sauna ja makuuhuoneessa on Swanin 160cm leveä sänky. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sisältyvät hintaan. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja sieltä löytyy myös aamiaiseen tarvittavat raaka-aineet (kahvi, tee, sokeri, kaurahiutaleet, kananmunat sekä mausteet). Lyhyt matka kauppaan, joka on auki aamusta myöhäiseen iltaan.
