Setl-North Europe Oy was founded in 2006. The company owns 2 cottage complexes: Tahko hills - in the Tahko ski resort, Saimaa Lakeside - in the southern part of Finland on the shore of Lake Saimaa.

Property information

Tahko Hills cottages are located at the Tahko resort: close to the slopes but in a solitary area. All cottages offer a lake view. Some Tahko Hills cottages are equipped with a heated hot tub, which can be rented for an additional fee. If you would like to rent a cottage with a hot tub, please let us know, and if such an option is available for your dates, we will upgrade the category of your villa. A pre-heating service for the hot tub is available upon request and for an extra charge. Some cottages allow pets for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance. Please note that we operate on a prepayment basis only. After confirmation, you will receive an invoice for payment: ✔ 30% – within 3 days from the date the invoice is issued; ✔ 70% – one month before arrival. If there is less than one month between the booking and the arrival date, a 100% payment is required immediately after booking. Upon your request, we can send you a secure payment link for online payment. Payments are made in euros to the bank account of Setl-North Europe Oy in Revolut Bank.
