We are the hosts of Silfvastas Holiday Homes, Kaj and Liisa. We are retired single entrepreneurs. We have been hosted for about five years together. You, our guests, are at the center of our service! Lapinjärvi is a small and charming rural village. There you will find a grocery store, a café, a pharmacy, a post office and a beautiful old stone church. Take a cultural trail and explore the surroundings. There is a lake nearby where you can go swimming and fishing. You can easily go on a nature trip, berry or mushroom. We offer you a bicycle to explore the surrounding area. Here are good connections to the nearby towns, Porvoo, Kouvola, Loviisa, Kotka, Hamina etc. where you find many activities especiall in summer time. In winter, Lahti offers winter activities as skiing. Companies offering local food, such as a fish shop and a bakery, can be found in the area. We have excellent barbecue cabins where you can prepare a tasty meal on site.
