Warm welcome to Iltaranta! The holiday cottage comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests with modern amenities. The area includes a main building and a lakeside sauna cabin, which can also be used for accommodation. The main building has three bedrooms with a total of three double beds. It features underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump, and an outdoor hot tub available for extra cost. The large private plot includes its own shoreline and a rowing boat. Indoors, you’ll find a fireplace, an electric sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The living room includes a TV connected to the internet. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table that seats six, making it suitable for larger groups as well. Outside, there’s a large covered terrace with a table, chairs, and a swing. The living room also has a sofa that can accommodate one person for sleeping. The lakeside cabin has a double bed, a traditional Finnish wood-heated sauna, and bathing facilities. You can easily take a dip in the lake right after the sauna. The cabin also includes a 2-person sofa bed, a TV, and other essential comforts. The location is peaceful with a large private lot and no nearby neighbors. Outdoor activities are easily accessible, and you’re free to enjoy the surrounding nature. Savonlinna is just a 45-minute drive away and is well worth a visit. There are excellent spots nearby for berry and mushroom picking. Cleaning When leaving, please remove the bed linens, take the trash to the outdoor bins, put the dishes in the dishwasher, and remove all visible trash. Proper deeper cleaning is included in the rent price.
