## The space Enjoy-and-Stay offers you this beautiful apartment in the heart of the Pearl Beach Residence. Tastefully designed and decorated with quality materials and equipment, the apartment offers top-of-the-range amenities. Featuring an attractive bedroom with a 160cm bed (which can be split into 2 80cm beds) and a living room with sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate a family of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. An umbrella bed is also available on request. As a quiet family residence, it's important to respect everyone's peace and quiet. For this reason, the apartment can only be rented to families (and not to 4 adults). Equipped with fiber optics for high-speed Internet access, it's ideal for business stays. Its fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen lets you cook and enjoy your meals in comfort. Its large private terrace, facing the residence's lush garden and equipped with garden furniture, lets you enjoy your meals outside. The residence, located on the seafront (note that the apartment has a garden view), comprises several buildings surrounding a wooded park leading directly to the sea. A superb infinity pool is located on the top floor, on a terrace offering 360° views. The apartment is located 15 meters from the beach via a private passageway in the same building as the pool. ## Guest access You will have private access to the apartment and terrace. The swimming pool is shared with other residents. The garage is private. ## Guest interaction We look forward to hearing from you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. ## Other things to note After making your reservation, you will be offered cancellation insurance.
