This air-conditioned 42m² garden-level 2-room apartment is located in a modern residence with swimming pool and car park in the residential area of La Fontonne, 10 minutes by car from the beaches, old Antibes and the medieval village of Biot. With its 23m² terrace and landscaped garden, it has all the comforts you need for your stay: Wi-Fi, a bedroom with double bed (140cm), a lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen, bath, washing machine... Ideal for a peaceful stay!

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in the Fontonne district, on the hills of Antibes. It is a green and bright residential area, yet close to the main roads and motorways. It is also an ideal starting point to visit the main tourist attractions of the region while enjoying a quiet and secluded accommodation. The Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 15 minutes away by car, the medieval village of Biot is 5 minutes away and the centre of Antibes is 10 minutes away by car. The Biot SNCF train station, the beaches and the Marineland park are 5 minutes away, as well as numerous local shops and large food stores. It is also an ideal place to visit the main tourist attractions of the region while benefiting from a quiet accommodation. A vehicle may be required for those wishing to visit the surrounding area. However, a bus stop allows you to travel to Biot train station or Antibes town centre and continue to the main attractions of the region.
