Our beautiful newly renovated apartment, with stunning unspoilt ocean views, is yours to rent! Everything in it, has either been restored or completely renewed. The kitchen and bathroom in particular are fully renewed, and we are proud of the end result. The lounge/dining area, although not the biggest, seems bigger with the front door or the windows open, bringing the ocean inside to you! Two front windows are facing directly west, whilst the other window and front door, are facing south to the pyrenees. Capbreton/Hossegor is a surfer's paradies, and a family's dream holiday!
My name is Ian, and although I am english, I live with my partner Helen (who is also english) in the beautiful city of Freiburg in South West Germany by the Black Forest. We fell in love with Capbreton and the surrounding towns when we went there on holiday, and were fortunate enough to see this fantastic apartment for sale! It only took two viewings to know that this was a very special place that we had to have. We are happy both in Freiburg and Capbreton, as most of our work and lifestyle is outdoors, although I know Helen would rather live in Capbreton nowadays!
