Beautiful 2-room apartment with mezzanine, completely renovated by an architect in the heart of Nice's old town, 200 metres from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea! The flat - 1 mezzanine bedroom with spacious storage space, including a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm), TV and WiFi, plus storage space - a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room - separate shower room and toilet
I was born in Paris but have lived in Nice for several years now, and I find the city absolutely incredible. Perched between the sea and the mountains, you can ski 1h30 from Nice in winter and enjoy the beach from May to October. As a fan of nature and sport, I find this region absolutely magical for hiking, cycling, running, swimming, and taking advantage of the city's dynamism with its bars, restaurants, cultural venues, etc.
The flat is located next to the Place du Palais de Justice, close to the Cours Saleya, the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. Ideally located in the old town of Nice, you can enjoy the liveliness of the old town with its shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beach less than 200m away!
