Downtown apartment (51m2) with terrace and a free and secure parking. You will benefit from the shopping center from the parking without going outside in the street! Railway is very close and you will get a direct access to the tramways and bus.
The apartment is equipped with a washing drying machine, a dish washer, 2 connected TV. Close to a green park, you will be able to do your daily jogging with pleasure. It will also enjoy the kids with the carrousel. It was totally renovated.
