Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this air-conditioned accommodation with sea and mountain views, classified as a 3 stars, located on the 1st level of a detached house, on a quiet garden terrace surrounded by fruit trees in a small village dating back to the 14th century, between Calvi and Ile-Rousse. Modern and refined, it's located in the heart of historic sites: Corbara convent, Sainte Trinité church, beaches, villages (Pigna, San Antonino) and at the crossroads of "signposted" hiking trails. Self-contained accommodation with its own entrance on the first floor of a detached house, below a pedestrian village perched in the heart of the Balagne region. - Two large air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a desk, queen-size bed, TV and wardrobe with sea view. A children's cot with mattress is also available. - Bathroom with large walk-in shower - Air-conditioned living room/kitchen with terrace access and appliances - A 20 m² terrace with pergola and panoramic sea and mountain views, complete with outdoor furniture and plancha. The village is pedestrianized, and parking is available on a private lot about 30 m from our home. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house (see photos). Access is totally independent and on one level. - Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner. Rates: 30e/room (double bed linen and towels) - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. Cleaning products are available.
